Check-In/Check-Out
Guests are welcome to check-in between 4-5 p.m.
(arrangements must be made in advance for alternate arrivals.)
Check-out time is until 11 a.m.

Extra persons
Only two of our rooms can accommodate a third person.
There is a $40.00 per night charge for a third person.

Breakfast
A full breakfast is included with your stay, served daily between
8:30-9:30 a.m..

Children
The Louise & Perry Averill room on the first floor can accommodate a child traveling with parents on a fold out cot.
The extra person charge of $40.00 will be added.

Pets
We regret that we cannot accommodate pets. The Aspetuck Animal Hospital offers a full boarding service nearby.

Smoking
All guest rooms and common rooms are non-smoking.

Rates
All rates are per night. We request a two-night minimum on weekends during our high season (May-December) and a two-night minimum on holiday weekends during out low season (January- April).
Rates are subject to change.

Deposits
To confirm a reservation of one night, a 100% deposit (including taxes) is required at the time of booking. To confirm a reservation of two or more nights a 50% deposit (including taxes) is required at the time of booking with the remaining balance due at the time of arrival.

Cancellations
Because of our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. A last minute cancellation gives us little chance of filling the room due to our unique location. For these reasons, we uphold a strict cancellation policy. If a cancellation is made 21 days prior to your arrival date you may elect to receive a refund of your deposit less a $50.00 handling fee, or apply the entire amount of your deposit toward a future stay within the next year. If a cancellation is made less than 21 days prior to your arrival date, no refund will be possible regardless of the reason. Should it be necessary for you to depart earlier than your confirmed reservation dates, you will be responsible for all the original room nights booked from your initial stay.

Payment
Payments may be made by personal check, travelers check, cash, Visa, Mastercard or American Express. A 6% Connecticut State sales tax and a 6% Connecticut state occupancy tax will be added to your bill.
